Managing the solution design team for a global Data Center IT infrastructure services project. Supporting the development, design and implementation of a shared services delivery organizational model (Future Mode of Operation incl. nearshore and off-shore delivery centers) and related services. Defining the global data center consolidation project for the entire Data Center IT infrastructure services portfolio domain consisting of:
- Managed Application Base for ERP
- Managed Application Base for Web Environment
- Managed Application Base for Web Application Server
- Managed Application Base for Archiving
- Managed Application Base for DMS Hosting
- Managed Server Windows & Unix
- Managed Storage and Managed Backendservice File Service
Supporting the global sales and mangement team throughout contract negotiations until contract was awarded.
Project B – Lead solution architect Data Center services, U.S. based global IT Service Provider
Managing the global solution design team for an APAC Data Center project. Consolidation and centralization of 47 regional Data Centers with ~250 servers and 91 local sites throughout the region. Supporting the development, design and implementation of all in-scope services:
- Server, Storage & Backup
- IT-Management Services inclung Onsite Support
- Network Services / WAN optimization
- Lotus Domino
Organizing and conduction customer presentations with regard to the end-to-end solution design, costing and delivery capabilities. Supporting Sales lead throughout contract negotiations until contract was awarded.
